Location: Home Counties to London | Field-based with flexibility
Sector: Foodservice – Education & Business & Industry

We have exciting new opportunities within our dynamic Business Development team, focusing on the State Education and Business & Industry (B&I) sectors across the Home Counties and London regions.

We’re seeking ambitious, driven, and experienced professionals ready to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Whether you’re already operating at Business Development Manager or Senior BDM level, or you’re an aspiring future Head of Sales, we’d love to hear from you!

⭐ Who are we looking for?

You’ll already be a strong client relationship builder, with a proven track record in Foodservice Sales-whether in Education, Workplace, Stadia, Events, or B&I. You’re self-motivated, energetic, and bring a genuine passion for food and catering trends, especially when applied to the world of education foodservice.

✅ Key Requirements:

  • A strong network and understanding of your sector

  • Proven ability to identify client needs and create tailored solutions

  • Confident, articulate communicator with a professional and persuasive approach

  • High levels of personal presentation and attention to detail

  • Experience in a target-driven sales environment

  • Demonstrated success in influencing and winning trust

  • Skilled in presenting financials and commercial proposals clearly and persuasively

  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player

  • Experience mentoring or supporting the development of junior team members is a big plus
