We are currently seeking a proficient Business Development Manager to join a prestigious contract caterer operating within the Business & Industry (B&I) sector.
The ideal candidate will possess existing experience as a Business Development Manager or have a background as an operator actively engaged in sales, seeking to transition into a sales role.
We are looking for an individual with a deep passion for food, coupled with a vibrant and engaging personality, alongside a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of financial management, particularly in relation to contract catering P&L statements. Proficiency in written communication and meticulous attention to detail are essential attributes for this role.
Operating in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, the Business Development Manager must exhibit both proactive initiative and collaborative teamwork. While exuding dynamism and energy, the ability to maintain composure under pressure is paramount.
Basic salary: Ranging approximately between £55,000 and £60,000, contingent upon experience. Additionally, the role includes provision of a Zone 1 and 2 travel card along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Location: This role will be predominantly based in London, with an expectation for the candidate to be present in the city for site visits and presentations three to four times a week.
