A fantastic new role for a Business Development Manager is now available to work with an award winning, specialist company that provides corporate organisations with a range of fully managed front and back of house guest services.
As the Business Development Manager, you will be working with a business who go above and beyond to create remarkable experiences for every client and guest.
The Business Development Manager will identify, develop and generate new business opportunities. You will be part of a wider sales team predominantly focusing on London and the Home Counties however; there are opportunities across the UK and Ireland. You will ideally live and be commutable to London. The role is hybrid with flexibility and generally, everyone works from home on a Friday.
As Business Development Manager, you will manage the complete sales process, representing the company from the initial first stage through the sales process to presentation and contract stage. An understanding of operations and sales is desirable and knowledge of the market.
You will be a self-starter with high levels of resilience. You will have the ability to work to highly pressured deadlines and be driven by results. You will have fantastic listening skills and have strong and effective relationship building skills.
The basic salary is between £60,000 – £65,000 – Full package and benefits will be confirmed.
