Are you a sales leader in the Business & Industry, Workplace, Stadia, or Events foodservice sectors? We have dynamic opportunities for experienced Business Development Directors or Sales Directors who are ready to take their careers to the next level.
As a Business Development Director, you will lead a team of 4 or more Business Development specialists, driving sales and fostering excellent client relationships within the Business & Industry sector. Your passion for food and knowledge of the latest food trends, particularly in the London dining scene, will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing a high-performing business development team
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying client needs and providing proactive solutions
- Navigating diverse contract catering cost models
- Presenting and negotiating food service contract financials
- Driving the team to achieve combined sales targets of £10m+
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Director in the foodservice sector
- Excellent communication skills and immaculate personal presentation
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to win trust
- A proactive, solution-focused approach
- Experience in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
- A highly engaging and energetic personality with a love for networking
- Operational experience in Business & Industry/Workplace contract catering
- Exemplary written skills and a strong commercial mind
- A genuine passion for food and keeping up with the latest trends
