As a proven Business Development Director, you will be someone who already enjoys fantastic client relations, has strong influencing skills and is well-networked. You will be engaging, energetic, dynamic, self-driven and have a winning mind set. It is also essential that you have a genuine passion for food and keep up with all the latest food trends, in particular the London dining scene.
We are looking for individuals who have:
* Excellent communications skills and immaculate personal presentation
* The ability to listen and identify client needs
* Proven experience in leading and developing a foodservice business development team within contract catering B&I
* A proactive solution-focused approach
* Experience within a hungry and fast-paced sales-focused environment
* A highly engaging and energetic personality and a love of networking
* A strong understanding of diverse contract catering cost models
* Exemplary written skills
* Operational experience within Business & Industry / Workplace contract catering
* A strong commercial mind and natural ability to present food service contract financials
* The ability to influence and win trust
As Business Development Director, we will be looking for candidates who have managed teams of 4 or more, specifically driving them to deliver their sales targets (combined targets £30m+).
