Job Title: Business Development Director – Hotel Third Party Management Contracts
Location: UK based
Business Development Director Salary: £80,000 – £120,000 plus solid package
Seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Director who can hit the ground running and secure third-party management contracts. The ideal candidate will be a total self-starter with an extensive network of relationships with hotel owners and brands. You will have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, strong networking skills, and the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with hotel owners, developers, and investors.
Business Development Director Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to secure third-party management contracts for hotels.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, developers, and investors.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals with hotel owners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful transition and onboarding of new properties.
Business Development Director Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of successfully securing third-party management contracts for hotels.
- Strong network of contacts within the hospitality industry, including hotel owners, developers, and investors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel as required
