Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will leverage your excellent communication skills to influence decisions and win new business opportunities, particularly within the Foodservice industry. At higher levels, you will lead a team, driving them towards achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards in delivering contracts.

At Business Development Director level, candidates must have experience in managing teams, driving sales performance, and delivering outstanding results.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong Network: Well-connected with a broad industry network.
- Commercial Acumen: A strong understanding of diverse contract catering cost models and the ability to present food service contract financials.
- Experience: Operational experience within high-end Business & Industry or Workplace contract catering.
- Presentation: Immaculate personal presentation.
- Proven Sales Performance: A drive to meet and exceed sales targets, with the ability to influence and win trust.
