The services provided are based on outstanding high end hospitality within assisted living properties around the South.
About the Role of Senior Operations Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Operations Manager to join a growing team and company. Predominantly overseeing over seeing site based hospitality operations and supporting the Senior operations Manager.
As Area operations manager you will be a leader with presence and confidence to drive the team in line within the company Mission Vision & Values, but above all with the right attitude within assisted living and catering as a whole.
As Area Operations Manager you will be an all-rounder in operations, with a strong background within hospitality management. The ideal candidate will have good commercial awareness and can lead and inspire an established and growing team.
Area Operations Manager is a key support role reporting directly to the Senior operations Manager and on site clients with overall responsibility for Food and Beverage operations at the highest of levels.
As Area Operations Manager will have the ability to motivate and delegate effectively within your sites which will be around 12/16 assisted living properties.
Strong knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector is key for this role alongside a passion for the industry with a keen desire to improve the operation all of the sites within your patch.
You will have excellent organisation and time management skills with an eye for detail and the ability to use own initiative.
The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive, can-do attitude and be highly motivated with a drive to succeed to be the best.
Resident focused and food focus are paramount with a commitment to delivering exceptional levels of hospitality.
Communication skills with the ability to build strong and effective working relationships with key stakeholders in the business and to create a rapport with residents.
Enthusiastic, flexible, and willing to learn with a professional, prompt, and caring attitude.
Salary of £32,000 to £35,000 plus company car or allowance.
