Are you multi-site General Manager, Group Manager or Head Chef, ready to take your next career step into an Area Manager role? My client, a leading provider catering in state education, is looking to employ an Area manager with a commitment to delivering nutritious meals and exceptional service across Herefordshire and Gloucestershire.
As Area Manager, you will have overall responsibility for 15 schools, with Chef Managers reporting in, and ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. You will take day to day responsibility, and occasionally cover absenteeism, and as such a craft background is beneficial.
Area Manager Responsibilities:
Full P&L responsibility
– Implementing annual price increases with support
– Building and nurturing client relationships
– Leveraging your experience and understanding of state education catering to drive excellence
Area Manager Experience and Skills Requirements:
– Multisite (atleast 3) manager or chef with state school catering experience
– A craft/chef background is beneficial but not essential
– Strong team leadership and mentorship skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Full UK driving license with willingness to travel within designated areas
