Job Title: Account Director (Catering)
Our client, renowned within foodservices, is looking to employ an Account Director to oversee the strategic and operational management of a high-profile and well-known brand B&I contract. The Contract Director will develop and maintain excellent client relationships alongside leading the team across 10 sites, offering catering, vending and hospitality, with a turnover of around£15mil.
Account Director Remuneration and Benefits:
Salary up to £80k
Bonus up to 30%
Electric car or car allowance of £6k
The successful Account Director will ensure the provision of excellent foodservice and operational solutions that surpass customer expectations while meeting key financial, KPI targets, and contract specifications. You will have successfully led operational teams within brand guidelines to achieve results. Our client is looking for a strategic and creative thinker, someone who excels under pressure and has a proven track record of client and customer satisfaction in order to deliver the following key responsibilities:
- Ensure contracts operate within terms, while building and exceeding client relationships.
- Lead operational teams to maintain high performance.
- Achieve budget and business plan goals, while monitoring and improving KPIs and SLAs.
- Identify growth and efficiency opportunities, develop labour strategy per contract specs.
- Support sales with bids and proposals.
- Lead contract retention and growth strategy.
- Drive team development and motivation strategies and implement succession planning and development.
- Enhance team engagement and loyalty.
- Oversee HSE management to meet requirements.
